Thank you for shopping at LaraePersonalCare.com.  Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.  We utilize the United States Postal Service for shipping and rates are based per order depending on the total weight and destination.

Please be advised, our whipped products will melt in high heat temperatures.  At this time, due to the current season - as well as possible Covid-19 impacts on delivery times - all orders containing whipped products will be shipped via Priority Mail.  Although we ship these products using insulated envelops along with dry ice, we cannot guarantee the product will maintain its original consistency during shipment.  When received, please be sure to store the product in a cool/dry place and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight.  If by chance your whipped product does melt, you can place in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes for it to solidify.  It will not return to its whipped consistency, but it will act as a body balm so you can still utilize and take advantage of its moisturizing properties!
